Welcome back RG! I hope everyone had a lovely half term break.

This week we have been learning about the gypsy traveller community as part of developing a respect for cultures that are different to our own.

We have been reading stories, learning about the way they live, writing some sentences about travellers and learning how to create the gypsy wheel symbol through weaving.  We have also been helping to create a traveller display for the corridor including an old fashioned caravan and a horse, and a more modern caravan and a car.
