Today we were very lucky to have an Author visit us called Pete Johnson . Pete is a very successful author and he brought in many of his books for us to have a look at . He read us part of his spooky story called Ghost Boy that gave some us shivers up our spines ! We also had he opportunity to read his manuscripts and we couldn't believe how scruffy his handwriting was ! Pete answered all of our questions and gave us lots of top tips for writing stories . Our favourite book that he has written was called ' How to train your parents ' and we definitely all want to read that and see if our parents are trainable !
